Biolinux [ Software ] - "BioLinux is a repository of easy-to-install RPM packages for widely used bio-informatics tools. As such, scientists do not have to deal with the intricacies of installing and configuring these tools. They can download the RPMs, install them with a single command (rpm --install) and start using them right away.BioLinux does not aim to become Yet Another Linux Distribution, but to provide add-on RPM packages for existing Linux distributions. Currently, all packages are built and tested on Red Hat 9 (Shrike), Fedora Core 1 (Yarrow), Fedora Core 2 (Tettnang) and SuSE 9.1. "
